At Panache, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
